All the changes that have come in the last few months and the months to come have made me kind of mushy lately (OK, more mushy than normal). Everyone tells you how fast time goes once you have a child but it still doesn't prepare you!
Mackenzie now has 3 teeth (working on a 4th I think), she pulls up without thinking twice and can walk where ever she wants to go with assistance.
Her favorite TV show is still Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. That's in our bedtime wind down now. That is one sure fire way to get some cuddling time with her!!
This past weekend when we were home she learned how to give kisses when you ask. You don't get one every time but she will give them when she's ready! :) Her first victim was her cousin Kady!!
Mackenzie had such a great time with her family and so did her parents. It's always nice to go home and see everyone. We miss them all so much! She got to "ride" Pop and Granny's Harley and spend some quality time with them and her new Minnie Mouse from Aunt Amber!! She did so well on the flight to and from Missouri and the entire trip there really. Especially since the poor girl got sick while we were there! The entire flight home she was curled up asleep on her daddy's chest. Nothing sweeter or more attractive than watching the Man you love take care of his child and enjoy being with her. She slept so peacefully. But then when we got home....... She showed he daddy just how much she loved him. It was pretty and I will just leave it at that! ;)
We took her to the doc on Tuesday and she is feeling MUCH better today! What an improvement! I have my sweet little baby back!
Mackenzie has learned to clap her hands and does that frequently now. She is excited over everything and smiles all the time. She likes to play Peek-A-Boo a lot now too.
I received a picture of Mackenzie today from the daycare and she doesn't look like my baby anymore. She is starting to look like a toddler! And now the 1st Birthday Planning really begins!!!!! :( TEAR, TEAR!
